What you can expect

  • Your path is taking you into a company of currently 140 people – and right into our enormous diversity of projects
  • Your mission: Development of strategies to establish our growing services and consulting activities in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry
  • Your task: Building an excellent range of regulatory and strategic support services and consulting activities for pharmaceuticals and medical devices for our customers
  • Your focus: Identification and understanding of customers’ demands, translation into service offers and solutions; building of an agile, motivated and creative expert team
  • You report directly to our Managing Directors and work in close cooperation with our Business Development Department

What You offer

  • University degree in life sciences (pharmacy, chemistry, biology, biotechnology or related discipline); Master Degree in drug regulatory affairs is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and minimum of 3 years of experience in drug regulatory affairs, including experience with EMA
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion to lead and to develop people
  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate and lead activities simultaneously on multiple projects
  • Excellent personal and intercultural skills paired with the ability to work cross functionally
  • Ability to develop and maintain good relationships, challenge views, present and argue cases in a professional and respectful manner
  • Solution and detail-oriented; well organized and self-motivated
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
