What you can expect

  • Your path is taking you into a team of currently 27 people – and right into our enormous diversity of projects
  • Your task: Assist with the preparation of dossiers (IUCLID, OECD, dRR) and in development, maintenance and improving of submission documents. Pack and dispatch regulatory submissions, contracts, and documents, follow up for delivery confirmation, obtain and file acknowledgement receipts and update relevant tracking tools. Preparing documents for meetings and business trips. Perform administrative work for applications for active substance approvals/PPP authorisations. Provide general administrative assistance for the smooth running of the team. You will be involved in different regulatory projects.

What You offer

  • Educational background within a scientific area (e.g. agronomy, chemistry biology, food chemistry, biochemistry, or related scientific disciplines)
  • Ability to tackle and coordinate complex issues effectively
  • Confident use of current office programs and ability to learn new IT systems and processes. Experience with regulatory software tools such as IUCLID or CADDY, is of advantage
  • A talent for organisation, goal orientation and awareness of deadlines
  • A professional level of German and English with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, any other language in addition is a plus
  • GLP knowledge would be an asset
  • Knowledge within EU Regulations related to the plant protection sector would be a plus
  • Team Player with a hands on mentality and high customer orientation (internal/external)
